Took my car to have evaluated. I was told that my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. He said he would be swapp my engine out with a engine close to the same miles I had on my car. So I agreed to have my engine changed. This would have been a good time to tell me that it's only 30 days on a used engine. but he did not disclose this information to me. He went and got the car emissions done and told me he had been driving my car and it was running fine. Two days later and paying 4081.00 I pick my car up it seemed fine. I wasn't able to test drive the car because of Covid the DMV was closed. so it was close to three months until I was able to get a tag for car. I finally got the tag and drove the car, I noticed a pull from the car when I put the car in drive, it snatched into gear. I took car back and the mechanic RL adjusted something on the engine so that took care of the problelm. Still didn't informe me about 30 days for a used engine. I drove the car for two weeks and the car is surging and smoking from the tail pipe. I call R.L to tell him what's going on. He says bring the car in. I had a video of what was going on with the car. I informed R.L I got advice from another mechanic and was told this is because coolant is getting into the engine which point to a bad head gasket, and the surging could possibly be the air intake control valve and the problem was engine related Which R.L agreed that it probably was the IAC and he would have fixed it "IF" he knew it was bad He then suggested put 20 w 50 in the engine. I called another mechanic and told them what my car was doing and what advice I was giving from RL. And was told to ask for the paper work on the engine. I have not received no information on the engine he installed in my car to this very day. And putting 20 w 50 was not going to solve my issue. So I take the car back because of the surging and mind you it's still smoking. I also was getting water in the trunk so R.L looked into these issued and charged me 80.00.I was told by R.L that my Power steering rack need replacing and he would fix my IAC for aprox 1100.00 dollars. This has been the worst experince with this shop. My car is sitting unable to drive. I gave him ONE star because a rating was required. He deserves 0 stars. We'll end up in court I'm sure.

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! This man is a liar and a crook. He sold me a vehicle that he knew had a blown head gasket. A mechanic I took it to found stop leak in the radiator, a common trick for disreputable car lots to use to hide the fact that the vehicle is loosing water through the head gasket. His ad on ebay stated in CAPITAL Letters that the vehicle DOES NOT OVERHEAT. It overheated on the way home, and again the next day. I called him the second day and tolod him a mechanic had diagnosed a blown head or head gasket. He PROMISED he would buy the vehicle back or furnish me another vehicle. This has been over a month ago. I have called every day and he has been putting me off with excuse after excuse. Finally he started rejecting my calls. I know this because I called him from my phone 2 times and went to his voicemail. I had a friend call him from a different area code and he answered on the third ring. I then called him again 2 more times and got the answering machine both times.

Deceptive Practices: Intentionally hid problems in a car to make a sale I called them and told them I was coming to look at an 06 Mustang. When I arrived he let me take it for a test drive and it did not have any check engine light at the time and the AC was blowing cold. After I purchased the car, the check engine light came on within 30 miles of driving it and the next day the AC was also blowing hot. After taking it to get it fixed, I`m told the car needs an engine at the tune of 6,000 in labor and engine and the AC system needs repairs due to a bad leak. He purposely cleared the codes before I came (the battery cables were still off when i arrived) and filled it with freon before I got there to make it appear the AC worked.

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. MY WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Recently I went out to Marietta to Georgia Motors because I needed a reliable car.The ads on Craigslist seemed to be appealing. I met with the owner, William and he seemed very busy! Once he finally made time for me, he showed me some cars. We drove a couple of cars and then I picked out this Nice LOOKING Acura. I gave him my down payment and I signed some paperwork and finally after several hours, I was on the road. NOT ONLY DID I IMMEDIATELY HAVE TO GO TO THE GAS STATION SO I COULD AT LEAST MAKE IT HOME, BUT ALSO I got on the highway and then not 15 minutes after I left the Lot, the car started shaking and then stopped running. I called William and told him what happened, HE WOULD NOT EVEN GET A TOW TRUCK FOR ME!! I WAS STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY! HE SAID HE WOULD NOT FIX IT and that he was too busy right now! The car needs a transmission and I cannot afford to repair this so called "great car". That's what William said that it was a Great Car!| I cannot believe I WAS SWINDLED! THEY obviously DO NOT CHECK OUT THEIR CARS BEFORE SELLING! THEY TELL YOU LIES about how great their cars are before they GET YOUR MONEY!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN! TELL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS SO THEY DON'T GET SCREWED BY WILLIAM! I will be contacting the Governor of Consumer Affairs, The Secretary of State, and every agency that will listen to me.
