We purchased a custom made concession trailer for our donut business from Colony Cargo in Fitzgerald, GA and BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!! First of all, they built the trailer with the wrong size generator (way too small) You can hear the strain on my equipment, which we have been told will ruin our equipment. The company denies and says that we told them what size. What a bunch of crap! I have called on several occasions about problems. Carroll Wells is the sales person @ Colony Cargo and is really terrible. He tried to push the problem on the customer. He said that because of the size of the generator we should not expect it to run everything at once. Can you imagine, you pay $3,100.00 for the generator and you are told not to expect to run everything at once. I spoke to the electrician who wired the generator; he stated that he knew that the generator was too small. I asked why he did not say any thing and he said he just did what he was asked to do. Again, what a bunch of crap!! The fans that are supposed to suck up the smoke from the 2 donut machines stay on no more then 10 minutes, then cut off and the trailer fills up with smoke. WE HAVE SPENT OVER $31,000.00 on the trailer. To top it off, they led us to believe that if we paid by certified check that we did not have to pay tax. What it really meant is that they would not pay tax to GA since payment was in the form of Certified Checks. I know I paid $2,700 in tax to TN where I live. I just don't think that Colony Cargo paid their tax on the income from the sale of the trailer to the State of Georgia. Also involved in this mess was Freedom Trailers. They are the manufacturers of the (shell of the trailer). This company installed the plumbing and the three compartment sink. When we first received the trailer, there was a crack in the pipe which was attached to the sink. They refused to pay for the repair and Colony Cargo was forced to pay. All I want is the problems fixed like the generator be
