I called several transmission shops looking for reasonable pricing for a rebuilt transmission, finally I called Tim at Dependable Transmissions Plus, he scheduled me to come in, give me price break down of all my parts and labor. Dependable Transmissions Plus was the most reasonable and I found comfort in allowing them to fix my car. When I gave him the go ahead to start the repairs, to my surprise, not only was my car finished as promised, He turned around and gave me a $100.00 discount. This guy seems very passionate at what he does and friendly. I absolutely trust the people at Dependable Transmissions Plus, with all my car care needs. Thanks Tim and Rashima

I have a classic car and am very protective of it. I trust these guys to handle it with care and do the best possible job. They have exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to give them my business again.

Do not buy from this dealership. BEWARE! STAY AWAY! We bought a car that had a head gasket problem. It ran fine for almost a month, but the Stop Leak that they used to "fix" the head gasket stopped working and caused damages to the cylinders in the block. Now I'm about to pay almost as much as what we paid for the car to get it fixed. Lesson learned. Get a reliable mechanic to run a full test on a used car. Make sure to ask them to do a leak test to be 100% sure. If you want to spend additional money for a used car, then go right a head and buy from these unethical people.

SOLD CAR KNOWING OF REAR DIFFERENTIAL ISSUES AND NOT INFORMING SELLER purchased 06 chevy impala on 07/22 for 6500 cash.. advised the car was in great running condition. they fixed brakes which were scrubbing before purchase was final. The following morning i called informing of the awful noise coming from rear of car and they advised me to bring it back in on Monday and let them make sure brakes (which they ahd replaced at time of purchase) and catpillars were ok. On Monday 07/24 car was taken back in and ray - max and jose stated they would replace callipers and gave a loaner car to driver. we picked the car up on 07/26 and they stated they purchased a warranty since they did not hear the sound were were telling them about they didnt want us to have any issues with the running of the auto. we left and once again the noise started, which ray had told mr price if the noise happens again call us we want to make it right.we called the warranty after finding out the noise we are hearing is the rear differential (rear end) falling out of car. the warranty doesnt not cover this because it is an existing issue and the warranty is only been effective for 2 weeks and we will have to pay for the repairs. when i call and inform of the noise again like we had been instructed by ray i am told their hands are tied and there is nothing else they can do for us. after being told if the noise continues, call us and bring it back since wehn they had it to repair the callipers they didnt hear the noise, and here is warranty which is not worth a crap. when i called 08/07 and explained that the warranty would not cover this repair, jose states his hands are tied and that he mentioned to ray that i had called and that there is nothing else they can do for me. this place wants to show honesty and integrity, however 6500.00 cash and told car is in working condition? now i have a car sitting in the driveway thats paid for but not driveable? i am devastated at the lies of honesty they give a

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. Ricky's shop was just perfect. They picked me up and took me home. The work was done in a short amount of time and the work was five star. I highly recommend them.

This man is a liar and a crook. He sold me a vehicle that he knew had a blown head gasket. A mechanic I took it to found stop leak in the radiator, a common trick for disreputable car lots to use to hide the fact that the vehicle is loosing water through the head gasket. His ad on ebay stated in CAPITAL Letters that the vehicle DOES NOT OVERHEAT. It overheated on the way home, and again the next day. I called him the second day and tolod him a mechanic had diagnosed a blown head or head gasket. He PROMISED he would buy the vehicle back or furnish me another vehicle. This has been over a month ago. I have called every day and he has been putting me off with excuse after excuse. Finally he started rejecting my calls. I know this because I called him from my phone 2 times and went to his voicemail. I had a friend call him from a different area code and he answered on the third ring. I then called him again 2 more times and got the answering machine both times.
