Auto repair service near Forest Park, GA

I have a 2014 Mercedes Benz, that was involved in a hit and run accident. I took the car into the shop on a Monday morning, they were very busy at the time, I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. Not only did the guy look at the damages on the car he also when up under the car to see if anything was damaged. He told me everything that would have to be done to the car and by the time he was done I was a lot less stressed and a little bit happier. They got me set up in a rental {and saved me $50.00 on the deposit). They told me that it would take a 5 days to repair my car, it was ready in 4 days. My car is black the damage was in the back of the car. They did such great job on repairing it that you would never know that it was hit. They washed and detailed the entire car in and out. I was very impressed with the work that they did. Scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100. Really great place, really great people. For sure this is my place to go to. J. H. Remmington Atlanta, GA

DON. OT GO HERE BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I literally had to call Clayton County Police before this mechanic would allow me to see my invoice. He refused me my invoice AND my property I CALLED THE POLICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Found these guys on Craigslist and it has been the worst f*#@ experience I have ever had. I gave this dude All BRAND NEW PARTs totaling to $2,700. To rebuild my motor and somehow the parts mysteriously came up missing. The police are involved and I may have to go to court to recover what was lost. Here is an update for you. 6/6/19 one month later since I posted my review and still haven't heard any thing from dude. police report has been filed and awaiting a court date. Waist of time

My experience with Osborne Automotive has been a wonderful one. Their prices are fair, their service is second to none and they are very nice and professional people to be around. Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

I moved from Atlanta in February of 2014. I had a 2000 Pontiac Montana, bought used in 2006. I lived across the street from Camp's Automotive, and when I either didn't have the time or the expertise for a repair, I'd take it to Camp's. My landlord, who lived down the street, had been having Camp's service both his "fleet" of personal cars, as well as his business's for many, many years. THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! They are above-the-board honest, pricing is fair. They'd even tell me, (when I had some extra money to put into my vehicle) NOT to have things done, because it was not necessary. Honest, upfront, knowledgeable, would search out the best price when I needed tires, the best auto repair place on the planet. Two thumbs waaaay up!

I am so happy with them , they gave me a price and they went over and above my expectations and no cost over runs ! I WILL be a return customer !

I used to drive 30 minutes to Marietta just to go to true automotive. Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!
