This was the car lot that helped me get my car with finance, they were good to me and it helped me get a nicer car than the lots I went to in Gwinnett. Mr. Shed was a good help to me getting my first cadillac and i am so glad i went to them.

Went in for an alignment on my Mercedes AMG. Service tech disappears with my car for 20-30 mins. I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator.Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The salesperson is quite rude and unprofessional. He agreed to one set of financial terms, then later attempted to change the terms. He engaged in verbal sparring, and ultimately hung up the phone while attempting to resolve the situation. BBB has an alert for this company.

HAD MY CAR IN FOR NOISE IN MY ENG. TURNED OUT TO BE THE MOTOR WAS BAD, THEIR TECH TONY DONE A GREAT JOB...... HE REBUILT THE ENGINE AND HAD IT BACK TO ME WITHIN A WEEK. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH STEVE TOLBERT

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area. I called several transmission shops looking for reasonable pricing for a rebuilt transmission, finally I called Tim at Dependable Transmissions Plus, he scheduled me to come in, give me price break down of all my parts and labor. Dependable Transmissions Plus was the most reasonable and I found comfort in allowing them to fix my car. When I gave him the go ahead to start the repairs, to my surprise, not only was my car finished as promised, He turned around and gave me a $100.00 discount.
