I took my 2011 Vespa GTS300 to Motorini in June, 2012 originally just to change the fluids. They just kept finding things wrong and they ran my bill over $1300. They told me nothing was covered under warranty.(second owner) There was only 2400 miles on the bike. I took it back to them 4 times for sloppy and incomplete work. Nothing was ever done right the first time. Overall they kept the bike over two months. I contacted the absentee owner of the business in total frustration and he said he would check into it. He never called me back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is the most unprofesional business I have ever dealt with. I owned a sign shop in their area. I made graphics for all of their scooters. I even delivered them myself. They were supposed to pay me the next day. I was told their accountant would mail the check. I waited and waited. I started calling them once a month. Each time I was told I would get the check next week. It's now been over 2 years. Still no check. They owe me just under $400.00.

Our car blew the water pump as we drove on I-95 from Pennsylvania to Florida. Upon asking a local where to go we ended up at Randy & Rhonda's. Stella in the office got right on the phone and found the part. We were repaired by Randy and his mechanic and underway in short order. The work was fine and the price was reasonable and spot on. I highly recommend this repair shop. No price gouging either! Deal with them in confidence.
