The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. I went to this Firestone for a brake inspection, and they told me all was fine, that I had a least a year before anything needed to be done. I thought you've got to be kidding me with the noise it was making when I pressed on the brakes. I went on to have some minor work done oil change ect. I came back less than a year later for the same brake noise and they said, awe man sir, you need a complete brake job - It cost me over $800 - wow, don't get Had like me!!!
