My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Service advisor Bryant Hall has the personality and people skills of a dead fish they misdiagnosed my vehicle they claim it's the instrument cluster causing the engine to run rough. I called another dealership and they said that is not possible heritage wanted 800+for the job I pulled the vehicle and took it to the other dealer who repaired it for 160 a couple of bad engine coils. Avoid this dealer

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. I have a 2014 Mercedes Benz, that was involved in a hit and run accident. I took the car into the shop on a Monday morning, they were very busy at the time, I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. Not only did the guy look at the damages on the car he also when up under the car to see if anything was damaged. He told me everything that would have to be done to the car and by the time he was done I was a lot less stressed and a little bit happier. They got me set up in a rental {and saved me $50.00 on the deposit). They told me that it would take a 5 days to repair my car, it was ready in 4 days. My car is black the damage was in the back of the car. They did such great job on repairing it that you would never know that it was hit. They washed and detailed the entire car in and out. I was very impressed with the work that they did. Scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100. Really great place, really great people. For sure this is my place to go to. J. H. Remmington Atlanta, GA

DON. OT GO HERE BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I literally had to call Clayton County Police before this mechanic would allow me to see my invoice. He refused me my invoice AND my property I CALLED THE POLICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Found these guys on Craigslist and it has been the worst f*#@ experience I have ever had. I gave this dude All BRAND NEW PARTs totaling to $2,700. To rebuild my motor and somehow the parts mysteriously came up missing. The police are involved and I may have to go to court to recover what was lost. Here is an update for you. 6/6/19 one month later since I posted my review and still haven't heard any thing from dude. police report has been filed and awaiting a court date. Waist of time
