Auto repair service near Snellville, GA

I have a 2014 Mercedes Benz, that was involved in a hit and run accident. I took the car into the shop on a Monday morning, they were very busy at the time, I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. Not only did the guy look at the damages on the car he also when up under the car to see if anything was damaged. He told me everything that would have to be done to the car and by the time he was done I was a lot less stressed and a little bit happier. They got me set up in a rental {and saved me $50.00 on the deposit). They told me that it would take a 5 days to repair my car, it was ready in 4 days. My car is black the damage was in the back of the car. They did such great job on repairing it that you would never know that it was hit. They washed and detailed the entire car in and out. I was very impressed with the work that they did. Scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100. Really great place, really great people. For sure this is my place to go to. J. H. Remmington Atlanta, GA

DON. OT GO HERE BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I literally had to call Clayton County Police before this mechanic would allow me to see my invoice. He refused me my invoice AND my property I CALLED THE POLICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. I thought they would give me a hard time, but rather all I had to do was show my receipt and they took care of it on the spot. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! I'll be back for more work

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rocco's put faith back in me that there actually is people out there that are doing right by others, and not just out there to make a quick buck!

Ricky's shop was just perfect. They picked me up and took me home. The work was done in a short amount of time and the work was five star. I highly recommend them.

Deceptive Practices: Intentionally hid problems in a car to make a sale I called them and told them I was coming to look at an 06 Mustang. When I arrived he let me take it for a test drive and it did not have any check engine light at the time and the AC was blowing cold. After I purchased the car, the check engine light came on within 30 miles of driving it and the next day the AC was also blowing hot. After taking it to get it fixed, I`m told the car needs an engine at the tune of 6,000 in labor and engine and the AC system needs repairs due to a bad leak. He purposely cleared the codes before I came (the battery cables were still off when i arrived) and filled it with freon before I got there to make it appear the AC worked.

I have no idea how good or bad this place does body work. I have called 6 times this morning trying to find out if my car is ready to pick up. They have had it for 1 week now and it only had minor scratches on drivers rear panel to repair. 6 TIMES AND NO ONE TO TALK TO OR GET AN ANSWER FROM. VERY PISSED OFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I HOPE THEY READ THIS AND MAYBE HAVE SOME TRAINING FOR THEIR PEOPLE IN DEALING WITH THE PAYING CUSTOMER. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATING IS WORTH GOLD. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE FOOL'S GOLD THERE.

Be aware why they got an F from the Better Business Bureau before you do business with them. IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. MY WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Recently I went out to Marietta to Georgia Motors because I needed a reliable car.The ads on Craigslist seemed to be appealing. I met with the owner, William and he seemed very busy! Once he finally made time for me, he showed me some cars. We drove a couple of cars and then I picked out this Nice LOOKING Acura. I gave him my down payment and I signed some paperwork and finally after several hours, I was on the road. NOT ONLY DID I IMMEDIATELY HAVE TO GO TO THE GAS STATION SO I COULD AT LEAST MAKE IT HOME, BUT ALSO I got on the highway and then not 15 minutes after I left the Lot, the car started shaking and then stopped running. I called William and told him what happened, HE WOULD NOT EVEN GET A TOW TRUCK FOR ME!! I WAS STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY! HE SAID HE WOULD NOT FIX IT and that he was too busy right now! The car needs a transmission and I cannot afford to repair this so called "great car". That's what William said that it was a Great Car!| I cannot believe I WAS SWINDLED! THEY obviously DO NOT CHECK OUT THEIR CARS BEFORE SELLING! THEY TELL YOU LIES about how great their cars are before they GET YOUR MONEY!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN! TELL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS SO THEY DON'T GET SCREWED BY WILLIAM! I will be contacting the Governor of Consumer Affairs, The Secretary of State, and every agency that will listen to me.
