I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment

repairing a major oil leak and installing a new transmission in my BMW 750Li…… it was in the hands of a real pro…… The car runs like it did when it was brand new and I am delighted beyond description. Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . In 2016, we bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Selective Imports. We did some reputation checking through local contacts first and proceeded after receiving good feedback. Sales Manager Jim was great, as was the owner, Sam. The price was fair. The process was easy and no pressure. We intentionally waited several months before posting reviews to make sure we were not unduly influenced by emotion (very happy all around) and to make sure no unforeseen mechanical issues evolved. We had one minor issue with a fog light. Selective fixed it free of charge. We had one issue within about a month of purchase with an engine warning light. Selective offered to investigate and assess resolution free of charge, but we declined because we had already put them to a lot of trouble over the fog light and they had been so gracious about it. It turned out to be a $100 vacuum hose replacement. We've had no issues since then. We will buy our next car from Selective. Jim and Sam are good men and true to their word.
