They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

CHRIS J. is a very dishonest individual! He selectively leaves out important information when making the deal! He springs the suprise on you after you sign all the paperwork. He falsified the odometer reading (which if I'm not mistaking is a crime) He told us to tell the bank when they called that the car we purchased had a sun roof (which it did not)leather seats (this is a lie also) and that we paid $2000.00 down (which I did not) Needless to say this was only to drive the price up so that he could get a big commission (I guess it was needed to pay for his $80,000 Mercedes, which God gave to him!!as he put it) God should have smacked the taste out of that boys mouth just for saying his name! Mr. J's face is what you see when you look up "used car salesman" in the dictionary,..all smiles..talking fast and lying from the back of his throat! I would have rather for them to tell me that I just couldn't get financed there than to have been treated like I was. When will ppl learn that no good will come to them if they are truely living in honesty. Well I tried to support my Black brothers but hey.. back to the white man for me! IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OR IF U R PLANNING TO GO TO CHRIS MOTORS-MAKE A U TURN AS FAST AS YOU CAN,STEER CLEAR OF THAT PLACE!! I don't know how they do it, but Mitch and his guys are good, cheap, and fast. My 2006 GMC truck would give me all kinds of fits when I drove it. It would run great, then die, then barely run, then be great again... It was really frustrating! My local shop said it could be several possibilities, but wanted to start by doing a tune-up and go from there. I wasn't impressed with their guesses; I wanted a solution. I went online looking for a better deal. I found Shaw Auto Service and gave them a call. I told the guy on the phone what was up and he was honest about it - he said he didn't know, but they would figure it out. Keith came out later that day, did about an hour of testing, and told me I needed a fuel pump - guaranteed to fix my problem, he said. Well, when he got to the fuel pump he found a bad wire and fixed it. I got to take the $250 pump back to the store, just paid for his time, and haven't had any problems since. Just awesome!

In 2016, we bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Selective Imports. We did some reputation checking through local contacts first and proceeded after receiving good feedback. Sales Manager Jim was great, as was the owner, Sam. The price was fair. The process was easy and no pressure. We intentionally waited several months before posting reviews to make sure we were not unduly influenced by emotion (very happy all around) and to make sure no unforeseen mechanical issues evolved. We had one minor issue with a fog light. Selective fixed it free of charge. We had one issue within about a month of purchase with an engine warning light. Selective offered to investigate and assess resolution free of charge, but we declined because we had already put them to a lot of trouble over the fog light and they had been so gracious about it. It turned out to be a $100 vacuum hose replacement. We've had no issues since then. We will buy our next car from Selective. Jim and Sam are good men and true to their word.
