Service is great and prices are fair - You get what you pay for and I have been going to Ron for years and find Ron to be the best - Believe me, he doesn't need to jack up his prices to make more money because they are always busy - I will say, he does quality work and does not cut corners and as I said, you get what you pay for. I have used George White many times for service, and had many problems. I have had to take the car back several times for issues that were not fixed properly the first time. They make mistakes not only in the work but in what they write up about the issues or the service. Unfortunately, I will need to find another place to service my car in the future.

I bought my car from this place a few years ago. I just found out today (2 years later) that the car had been in not one, but 2 major accidents. This was never told to us when we bought the car. A lie of omission is still a lie. Check the reports BEFORE you buy a car from these people.

Very, very rude service department employees. And there is no point in going to the supervisor, he's the worst! They went over the amount I authorized when I dropped my car off for service. They then told us to "never come back" after we demanded they stick to the authorized amount. The service guy practically threw a tantrum when he had to redo the paperwork for the CORRECT amount, meanwhile the supervisor was sitting at his desk making snarky comments under his breath. After we paid, my husband asked for my keys and the supervisor began to question whether our credit card was declined, it wasn't of course. He apparently just felt the need to demean and belittle his customers before granting us the privilege of posession of our own vehicle. I have never experienced such rude behaviour at any business, ever. I highly recommend avoiding this place at ALL costs. They will overcharge you and act like YOU should be thanking THEM
