I Have had many services performed at all pro. I also own a repair shop in desmoines i have sublet ed quite a few cars over to all pro for alignments. when my machine wasn't working to my satisfaction I have also had several transmissions overhauled. is what iv come to understand it's easy to be a good shop when going well.it's when things go bad is when you find out what they are really made of l had a trans they repaired just out of warranty both miles and time they were under no obligation to do anything for me I felt it shouldn't be having these problems this soon even tho out of warranty they agreed and re overhauled the trans at no charge allowing me to pass that on to my customer at no charge. always a nice professional experience at all pro. thanks Pat Gary and sometimes Evan Chris Danny O'Brien

I took my Honda to Joey to replace the starter. The local Honda dealership wanted to charge me a huge amount for a refurbished starter. Joey was able to install a brand new starter with a 12 month warranty for a fraction of the cost. He was able to do the repair quickly. Broke down 7 times within 30 days of repair and no guarantee of engine work or help was provided. Digital diesel engines HAVE to be sync at original dealer if engine work is done. The service rep did not listen or believe me when I told him this fact from Peterbilt Denton, TX (corporate) is why our truck is STILL broke down. Picked truck up at 5.22.18 today is 6.25.18 Also, parts billed to my insurance company and after Peterbilt certified mechanics reviewed our bill and the part that broke (air conditioning condenser) it was stated that the part NEVER was replaced with a new condenser as charged on the invoice.
