I Have had many services performed at all pro. I also own a repair shop in desmoines i have sublet ed quite a few cars over to all pro for alignments. when my machine wasn't working to my satisfaction I have also had several transmissions overhauled. is what iv come to understand it's easy to be a good shop when going well.it's when things go bad is when you find out what they are really made of l had a trans they repaired just out of warranty both miles and time they were under no obligation to do anything for me I felt it shouldn't be having these problems this soon even tho out of warranty they agreed and re overhauled the trans at no charge allowing me to pass that on to my customer at no charge. always a nice professional experience at all pro. thanks Pat Gary and sometimes Evan Chris Danny O'Brien

Service is great and prices are fair - You get what you pay for and I have been going to Ron for years and find Ron to be the best - Believe me, he doesn't need to jack up his prices to make more money because they are always busy - I will say, he does quality work and does not cut corners and as I said, you get what you pay for. Very, very rude service department employees. And there is no point in going to the supervisor, he's the worst! They went over the amount I authorized when I dropped my car off for service. They then told us to "never come back" after we demanded they stick to the authorized amount. The service guy practically threw a tantrum when he had to redo the paperwork for the CORRECT amount, meanwhile the supervisor was sitting at his desk making snarky comments under his breath. After we paid, my husband asked for my keys and the supervisor began to question whether our credit card was declined, it wasn't of course. He apparently just felt the need to demean and belittle his customers before granting us the privilege of posession of our own vehicle. I have never experienced such rude behaviour at any business, ever. I highly recommend avoiding this place at ALL costs. They will overcharge you and act like YOU should be thanking THEM
