I had a driver out of town that had his alternator go out, James at All Pro was very punctual and straight forward. He let me know what the price would be from the start along with let me know how long it would take to complete. By the time i got my sprinter towed to him he had a bay open and waiting. I have dealt with quite a few shops from out of town and this was by far the best service i have had in years. Very polite and they called me with any change at all in price, timeframe, and different options of parts. Highly recommended for any fleet owners that have issues in the Des Moines/Urbandale area! Got quoted $1600 to put new brakes on an escape. Ridiculously high price. Took it somewhere else, got it done for less than half.

I Have had many services performed at all pro. I also own a repair shop in desmoines i have sublet ed quite a few cars over to all pro for alignments. when my machine wasn't working to my satisfaction I have also had several transmissions overhauled. is what iv come to understand it's easy to be a good shop when going well.it's when things go bad is when you find out what they are really made of l had a trans they repaired just out of warranty both miles and time they were under no obligation to do anything for me I felt it shouldn't be having these problems this soon even tho out of warranty they agreed and re overhauled the trans at no charge allowing me to pass that on to my customer at no charge. always a nice professional experience at all pro. thanks Pat Gary and sometimes Evan Chris Danny O'Brien

I had a appointment to look at a van at AAMCO at 7501 Urbandale in Des Moines. I called a employee there by the name of Mark I told him I would be down to look at the van after 2:oo pm today April 4 2013 he told me to come on down and that they closed at 5:00pm.The wife and I drove a hour and a half to the location and when we get there we are told it has been loaned out what the crap evidently they really do not want to sell the van,we were really upset drive all this way and get treated like this what kind of a business are they running there.So if you plan to buy a vehicle there you may want to think twice
