they did $600 damage to my vehicle and now won't fix their mistake so I am taking them to court.

DON'T GO HERE!!! We went in with a set of rims to mount our old tires on, we had just bought them. Dyck's didn't check before mounting them to see if they would actually fit our vehicle. So what did the good people at Dyck's do..... They charged us twice and we still don't have the tires on rims that fit, so we will have to pay a third time. BUT NOT TO THIS PLACE!!

I chose to go to Accurate Collision because friends told me what great work they do the things they repaired were done good here's the issue that I had was they ordered and received a new door,windshield,and second part of the dash which was completed and done good they got a used hood but they told me they couldn't find a hood I thought this strange they also said they tried to contact me via my home phone,and cell phone I only got 1 call telling me the vehicle was repairable never called me again I stopped in there 3 times they told me they couldn't find a hood they told me the budget they had to work on so I found a hood in that price range they had a used hood which was perfectly fine to do the repair they never mentioned it they also sent it back because I pick another hood all the while I knew nothing of this used hood they claimed I made a bunch of new changes and that they were done with repair well the second piece of the dash was the only part of the dash that was broken in the accident the main dash had a hole in it I figured that they broke it taking the broken windshield out I don't know for sure how they broke but I know for sure that hole wasn't there after the wreck well my hood and dash are not fixed and I paid a $500 deductible and got my vehicle back as well as some money from my insurance company and I paid the deductible out of that and it left me way short of getting the rest of my vehicle fixed they were NOT HONEST WITH ME AND MY WIFE AT ALL all I wanted was to get my vehicle back fixed not a bunch of lies and a portion of my vehicle fixed plus they gave me 2 different receipts of the costs of the repairs which my insurance company has now too I will never do business with them again they are very dishonest!!!!!!!! My vehicle before the wreck was in tip top shape and my insurance company and everyone I know knew it!!!!
