DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

The are the most professional, reliable and honest people in town. I my many years of dealing with different mechanics and tradesmen alike not one even comes close. Matt and the rest of the staff are friendly, caring and most importantly honest in meeting your needs without overselling or over inflating their prices. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I give 5***** Less than 10 degrees this morning. My car started "immediately." The radio works; I hear the turn signal as it flashes. The tail light work perfectly...My Car is repaired PERFECTLY and the key, glue hardened and it works perfectly; I am a satisfied customer.It was minus 2 degrees overnight. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know.
