I'm new to scootering and bought a Kymco that needed a bunch of work for my first ride. Joel the service manager answered every question I had about what should be repaired and what could wait going into detail or giving me the simple version when I asked. He was so patient and friendly I feel like I have a 5 star dealer AND a friend :D Don't hesitate to trust your scoot the Vespa STL, they rock!

4/28/22 After 30 plus years of loyalty to Carl and his staff I was turned away today for some minor shop work and I told him I was in no hurry as they were swamped he sent me away an ex customer loyalty means nothing these days
