Auto repair service near Elmwood Park, IL

They service dept. is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would never let them touch my vehicle again. The last time they worked on it they did a $1000.00 damage to the body of my vehicle. I'm still fighting with them to get them to pay for the damage they did to it when they worked on it.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I have high expectations for anyone who works on my vehicles and Rennology was up to the task. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Called to get the engine seals replaced, he said they do that repair but it was miss diagnosed and hade me spend over $600.00 with no result complete rip off, put a faulty part on my car which I needed replace again within a year, did not acknowledge. I would not recommend this shop for any work on the car
