I bought my Grand Prix here a few years ago, they fix the odometer, so the miles match Carmax records. I didn't notice until a few months into it. While on a road trip to Detroit, I set the trip meter to check my gas miles and after I reached Detroit the trip meter showed 160 miles instead of 300 miles. On my return trip the total miles from Detroit to Chicago in odometer was 140miles. After checking with my mechanic he told me the front dash has been opened and they have done some thing to ododmeter.When i called the owner with this issue, he was sounded off like i never bought the car here and when I went in person he asked me whats the guaranty that I didn't do this to the car, I would not suggest buying a car here. Go to a real dealer.

On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I don't know who they are using for their service guys, but they are terrible. Touch up work was very sloppy and the car clearly had some back panel work done even though they are denying it. I'm not blind, I can SEE there was work done. There were also some possible leaks under the hood. Mechanic claimed it was overfill and that he could just power wash it to prove it. Well, he never did that or addressed the leaks. Terrible service and very sloppy work, which is surprising since they "specialize" in high end, exotic cars. I would highly consider shopping elsewhere. They are only out to get your money and rip you off.

Don’t go here ! He put brakes then all sudden it need rotors we let him do it He call say come get it,we get in brakes to floor ! We tell him he say small hole wheel cylinder brake fluid leaking ! Bs wasn’t leaking before but we get the part let him do it ! We leave then go to stop but can’t then finally it catch ! Have to stop way back ! Take it back next morning he get to name all kind of stuff ! The brake pum, then he say line need flushing, then he say abs sensor, sway bar and lower pulls Just a bunch of bs and wasted money Do not go here ! They rip off and don’t care
