On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Very good little dealership with good selection of cars. Honest, which is a lot to say about car sales. Met with Ms. Retek and Samantha. Both were very helpful and no pressure. Yes I did buy a car and quite satisfied with the deal. Would I buy again?Definitely! I love cars and own very many. I drive them a bit and then go on to the next one. Price is very reasonable and will keep them as a favorite on my computer when looking. Thanks again!!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I was in there on 05/06/2011 and I went inside to pay, Im standing in line there's an older lady that was at the counter with short brownish hair and a little heafty, then there was a customer that was not in line scratching off a ticket, I was the next inline after 2 ladies and the lady with the ticket jumped infront of me to turn her ticket in, the attendant working (the heafty one) say's to me "she was in line 1st" I said well It didnt look like it to me and I put my $ on the counter and said "I'm on pump #6and I have a crying baby in the car and I started to walk out. The attendant said to the customer with the ticket "what a rude trashy girl" I just kept my mouth shut and left, well the attendant say's over the intercom "I have your license plate # and dont come back." 1st off I did nothing wrong and she seems like the rude one calling someone trashy that she doesn't even know. How do you get business with having rude people work for you
