Mark and his entire staff are great people to deal with. They are friendly, honest and knowledgable. The pricing is fair, the service is top notch. You need to take your vehicle here for all your repair and maintenance needs. I use their new Ellisville location. My brother and his entire family take their vehicles to the Fenton location. We love them for their friendly, honest dealings, fair pricing and great work.

These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

Had a great car until I took it to Complete Auto Repair. After spending over $5,000 to have lots of work done, including replacing a bad hub, the car went in for a tuneup and a thermostat, for which Mr Kachkovsky informed me that the gaskets were bad and had to be replaced. This was the second time he hold me the gaskets needed to be replace. The car was not looked at till day two after the appointment. Told him not to repair the car, I would pick it up. Mr Kachkovsky told me the the tuneup (plugs, wires, etc) was completed and therefore he was paid for the services. The car was taken to a reputable dealership and the thermostat was repaired. NO problem with the gaskets. Six months later the car is running horribly. Took it to the dealer who told me needed a tuneup (plugs, wires) and that the hub that I paid Complete Auto Repair to replace had not been replaced and was still leaking. Apparently Complete Auto Repair was paid several thousand dollars to store my car on their lot since they did not do the repairs. The dealership did give me the parts that were not replace as Mr Kachkovsky had told me and was paid for. A refund of the funds that were paid for work that I can provide proof for that was not completed was requested. Mr Kachkovsky, by not acknowledging my letter for the request, has refused to refund the monies paid him. Tried to complain to both the ASA and the ASE, only to find out that the buesiness is NOT associated with either and is therefore falsely advertising association with them. My suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP.

Re-Sold Car I Bought To Someone Else! I bought a car over the phone on Saturday morning because I live 30 miles away and I'd been to the dealership twice already. The salesman told me we had 'locked it down' and the car was mine and asked that I wait until Monday to pick it up so he could get the commission because he would be off work. I agreed to this and Monday morning came and I received a phone call from another salesman telling me they sold my car to someone else and I'm just out of luck. What a horrible experience from start to finish. I made 2 prior offers on this car at the dealership and both times I was walked out the door without even getting a counter offer. A few weeks later the car price was lowered on autotrader to only $500 more than my original offer. So I emailed them through autotrader reiterating my offer. A sales person called me and we closed the deal over the phone. For whatever reason their manager decided they don't want to sell the car for that much or to me and cancelled the order with me. I do not believe they really sold it because the car is still listed on autotrader for sale! This was a gift for my pregnant wife who is now very stressed out and upset for no reason. Buying a car is supposed to be a great experience and a happy time. These guys jerked me around then jerked the sale out from under me. Unacceptable guys, there is no excuse for this.

I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. Having bought a car from this location, was happy with the vehicle...however, upon trying to license the car, realized quickly that they failed to have me sign the proper paperwork for the title, which state police told me is illegal to sell a car without having this done. After weeks of calling, reporting to the circuit courts and BBB, I finally reached them (still, they never called, although claimed to). When finally resolving that issue, the DMV noticed that when they purchased the vehicle, it was signed by a different person than who originally bought it. A very helpful attendant at the Harvester, MO's DMV then called to try to resolve the issue with Mid Rivers directly and were told (by the owner/manager) Gary that it, and I quote was 'not their problem'. Buy from here at your own risk. Again, the car I purchased runs perfectly and no issues, but they do NOT care about their customers. They deserve zero stars AND in my belief, should be shut down.

AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.
