I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. I just want to put out here, Micheal William, had my car and I know he stole my children Soical Security cards and birth certificates that here inside of a gray bag located in the back of my trunk. I was in there on 05/06/2011 and I went inside to pay, Im standing in line there's an older lady that was at the counter with short brownish hair and a little heafty, then there was a customer that was not in line scratching off a ticket, I was the next inline after 2 ladies and the lady with the ticket jumped infront of me to turn her ticket in, the attendant working (the heafty one) say's to me "she was in line 1st" I said well It didnt look like it to me and I put my $ on the counter and said "I'm on pump #6and I have a crying baby in the car and I started to walk out. The attendant said to the customer with the ticket "what a rude trashy girl" I just kept my mouth shut and left, well the attendant say's over the intercom "I have your license plate # and dont come back." 1st off I did nothing wrong and she seems like the rude one calling someone trashy that she doesn't even know. How do you get business with having rude people work for you
