Do not buy a vehicle from this place I saved 1200 for a down payment because I needed to get me and my pregnant wife to work were both young and were in need of help Paul the dealer here at liberty auto lied to me smiled in my face took our hard earned money and shook my hand assuring me this was a good vehicle and would last me awhile the the first night I went home with the car the brake pedal went to the floor I had to drive 15 miles an hour home with my pregnant wife then needed to have it toed come to realise all four brake lines were rotted thru I was on the last good one apparently something else was wearing at the engine cradle I had to replace he assured me that the reason the ac wasn't blowing so cold was it just needed a charge he was so good at acting like an honest person and was trying to help me that I was in such a tight spot wear I needed the help I believed him their was a tube that was carroded that was a couple bucks to replace to fix the ac but was 3 hours labor to put it in that was 300 bucks come to realise the whole ac compressor was shot thats 400 to fix before I can put my baby in this hot car I'm sweating to death in everyday this summer and here's the best part I'm driving on the highway going about 55-60 with my pregnant wife and the car shuts off out of nowere I loose power steering and brakes i managed to not get us killed finally get it started bring it to mechanic after it shutting off on me a couple more times and it turns out theirs a recall on the ignition switch I had it replaced it still shuts off from time to time because their is a bigger issue at hand that gm needs to Handel their now after pleeding with him to help me out take it back give me my down payment back or just fix it I got nothing but a sorry I can't help u u signed a no warranty as is I called him the day after I bought the car he wouldnt help me at all and he knew my whole struggling situation now I'm stuck with the thing for 2 years at 300 a month and I'm having security issues in the message board were the cars not starting and I have to leave the key in the ignition in the on position for 10 minutes before I can even start the car and this is everyday now not to mention the trans isn't shifting as well as it did in the test drive also when it rains its leaking from somwere we cant find were from and the carpets r moldy and mildewy so if u r thinking of purcasing a vehicle never goto one of these little places they r the worst and u can bet on getting a lemon especially dealing with "Paul from liberty auto" please do not but anything from this dealer if u need reassurance u can call me 3312220357-jimmy

Expert Volvo mechanic knows how to find problem and fix correctly. Honest and fair priced. Also a great person, He is able to work fast to accomodate schedules and gives great service. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After my friend purchased a vehicle from here two years ago we decided to go back and look at jeep wranglers. After looking online at prices we went to the dealership and dealt with Jerome Udit about the jeeps we saw online. Jerome showed us a few cars and insisted that the vehicle I wanted to purchase had satellite radio. When sitting down to talk price Jerome and the sales manager Julius Perez stated that they could not honor the online price of the car because it was for military workers only. (Which the sales person over the phone did not say when I called) Long story short I purchased a jeep wrangler and when Jerome handed me the keys he said “oh this car does not satellite radio, but I will pay to have it personally installed for you” I called Jerome that Tuesday to follow up with him about setting a date to have the satellite radio installed. Jerome said he would have to call me back. That was a week ago and I have not heard back from Jerome. What really makes this a terrible dealership to do business with is, I called and spoke to Julius Perez (the sales manager) who just stated I will have Jerome call you back. NO one has called me back and that was a week ago.Terrible service once you purchase a vehicle…POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF FOLLOWUP
