On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I had trouble with my truck and I didn't know what is was. I took it to All Pro and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. They rebuilt my Transmission and I was on my way in no time.

I bought my Grand Prix here a few years ago, they fix the odometer, so the miles match Carmax records. I didn't notice until a few months into it. While on a road trip to Detroit, I set the trip meter to check my gas miles and after I reached Detroit the trip meter showed 160 miles instead of 300 miles. On my return trip the total miles from Detroit to Chicago in odometer was 140miles. After checking with my mechanic he told me the front dash has been opened and they have done some thing to ododmeter.When i called the owner with this issue, he was sounded off like i never bought the car here and when I went in person he asked me whats the guaranty that I didn't do this to the car, I would not suggest buying a car here. Go to a real dealer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are LIARS AND RIP OFFS. My next step is to expose them via Channel 5 news, anyone looking to get on board let me know. I purchased my my girlfriend a 2005 Volvo S80 for Valentines Day from Alpha Motors on Feb 13, 2012. Along with the purchase of the vehicle, I was told I will get a an extended warranty through Alpha Motors of Westmont. Come to find out it was a lie. they charged me and extra $1,600.00 which I had to pay in order to obtain a warranty and close the deal the extra money was tacked on to my montlhy car note. ALPHA MOTORS NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR MY WARRANTY PLAN . Its all a lie to get you to purchase the car!! The Price of the warranty is on the consumer/buyer.. I found this out 8 hours after having the car, I took it to Volvo for repairs and the claim was denied... Come to find out, the warranty is only worth $3,000 dollars and once any repairs are done, the warranty is no longer any good!! So my newly purchased car ended up with Alpha Motors for 30days waiting to get repaired, once delivered to me, They promised Jerry Arquines ( Sales Manager ) Frank Stanghellini ( Finance Director ) and Alber Youssef (General Sales Manager ) The car was in tip top shape and if not, they will refund all my money spent on repairing the car along with my down payment of $3,000.00 dollars To date, Alpha motors is refusing refund any monies, and has the car back in their possession!!! as well as never fixed any repairs needed. on the car. they are refusing to admit fault as well as refusing to answer my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Alber Youssef told me I would have to sue him to get my money back and he doesn't care about any lawyers, because he has 3 lawyers who sit around and do nothing but wait for people like me and will eat me alive..
