Auto repair service near Maryville, IL

I just had to take my car in for a handful of repairs and maintenance issues. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

Amazing service, staff is incredibly friendly and honest and trustworthy. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else even though they're more than 30 mins aways.

This man had the audacity to ridicule me over the problems that were wrong with my car. As if I was a mechanic and knew what was going wrong with my car. We were so put off by this man’s unprofessionalism that we had to take our business elsewhere. Next I plan on reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this guy. Great people work here. I took in an old 1972 351C block because of some stuck bolts I couldn't get with my tools at home. They got it off with no problem, they didn't charge me for anything. I had planned on paying for the use of the tool and a few minutes but they wouldnt let me. Definitely where I am taking my business from now on.
