DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are LIARS AND RIP OFFS. My next step is to expose them via Channel 5 news, anyone looking to get on board let me know. I purchased my my girlfriend a 2005 Volvo S80 for Valentines Day from Alpha Motors on Feb 13, 2012. Along with the purchase of the vehicle, I was told I will get a an extended warranty through Alpha Motors of Westmont. Come to find out it was a lie. they charged me and extra $1,600.00 which I had to pay in order to obtain a warranty and close the deal the extra money was tacked on to my montlhy car note. ALPHA MOTORS NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR MY WARRANTY PLAN . Its all a lie to get you to purchase the car!! The Price of the warranty is on the consumer/buyer.. I found this out 8 hours after having the car, I took it to Volvo for repairs and the claim was denied... Come to find out, the warranty is only worth $3,000 dollars and once any repairs are done, the warranty is no longer any good!! So my newly purchased car ended up with Alpha Motors for 30days waiting to get repaired, once delivered to me, They promised Jerry Arquines ( Sales Manager ) Frank Stanghellini ( Finance Director ) and Alber Youssef (General Sales Manager ) The car was in tip top shape and if not, they will refund all my money spent on repairing the car along with my down payment of $3,000.00 dollars To date, Alpha motors is refusing refund any monies, and has the car back in their possession!!! as well as never fixed any repairs needed. on the car. they are refusing to admit fault as well as refusing to answer my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Alber Youssef told me I would have to sue him to get my money back and he doesn't care about any lawyers, because he has 3 lawyers who sit around and do nothing but wait for people like me and will eat me alive..

Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Fast friendly people there, they really take the time to explain how and why things happen to your car. I hate when I am forced to have work done on my car, but at least when I take it to Mark and his team, I know it gets done right and as soon as possible. They even offer you a free loaner car if the job is bigger or will take longer than expected. I have only needed it once so far, so I think they narrow down the problem pretty fast and get you back on the road. Their prices are very fair. A few times in the past I have wasted my time getting estimates at other places, just to end up back at GTM! Oh well, live and learn!

Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 400E. It had been sitting a long time and was misfiring bad and the blower motor was not coming on. I already knew what was wrong when I took it to them but wanted to see what they would tell me. Talk about honest.......You will not find a more honest, reasonable, and reliable auto repair shop anywhere. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I had and the car has never run better. I highly recommend this place. Great Job guys!!
