On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward.
