Auto repair service near Plainfield, IL

Dont trust these guys. They told me they were putting original manufactured parts but my new mechanic shows me they were aftermarket. I have my receipt and it says OEM. What a lie. Forget this shop!!!

SCAMM!!!! the guy that works here accepted my deal on craigslist and then never showed up to where we were supposed to meet. he called to say since i offered him a lower amount then the asking price he was just making me drive around places just to hassle me! these guys tried to get a lawyer on me to take down my comments and reviews on different websites.the lawyer and my lawyer agreed that i would take down the comments if they sold me the car for how much we had orIginally agreed on. and now the lawyer wont even contact us! shadiest business ever!!! dont trust anyone here! REALLY SHADY BUSINESS!

On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!

Experienced general mechanic. Very honest and reasonable. Have been highly satisfied the times I've used their services. Have recommended to friends and family.
