Auto repair service near Pocahontas, IL

I just had to take my car in for a handful of repairs and maintenance issues. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

GDS 4X4, MARYVILLE; DO NOT give this man your business. Sincerely. I have a PhD in Behavioral Science. Condescending, patronizing; I have never met such a rude mechanic in my 50 years. This man had the audacity to ridicule me over the problems that were wrong with my car. As if I was a mechanic and knew what was going wrong with my car. We were so put off by this man’s unprofessionalism that we had to take our business elsewhere. Next I plan on reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this guy.
