Bad customer service and very expensive, they charge $122.40 Hr, they ripped me off with the price, I will never go back again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are LIARS AND RIP OFFS. My next step is to expose them via Channel 5 news, anyone looking to get on board let me know. I purchased my my girlfriend a 2005 Volvo S80 for Valentines Day from Alpha Motors on Feb 13, 2012. Along with the purchase of the vehicle, I was told I will get a an extended warranty through Alpha Motors of Westmont. Come to find out it was a lie. they charged me and extra $1,600.00 which I had to pay in order to obtain a warranty and close the deal the extra money was tacked on to my montlhy car note. ALPHA MOTORS NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR MY WARRANTY PLAN . Its all a lie to get you to purchase the car!! The Price of the warranty is on the consumer/buyer.. I found this out 8 hours after having the car, I took it to Volvo for repairs and the claim was denied... Come to find out, the warranty is only worth $3,000 dollars and once any repairs are done, the warranty is no longer any good!! So my newly purchased car ended up with Alpha Motors for 30days waiting to get repaired, once delivered to me, They promised Jerry Arquines ( Sales Manager ) Frank Stanghellini ( Finance Director ) and Alber Youssef (General Sales Manager ) The car was in tip top shape and if not, they will refund all my money spent on repairing the car along with my down payment of $3,000.00 dollars To date, Alpha motors is refusing refund any monies, and has the car back in their possession!!! as well as never fixed any repairs needed. on the car. they are refusing to admit fault as well as refusing to answer my calls. Alber Youssef told me I would have to sue him to get my money back and he doesn't care about any lawyers, because he has 3 lawyers who sit around and do nothing but wait for people like me and will eat me alive..

Tim and his mechanics have been fixing my vehicles for a very long time. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else, but what do I know I am only a professor of mathematics, physics, and engineerng who has relied on Tim to get me to school on time for nearly twenty years.

I have owned many cars, so I have been in many show rooms and spoken to many sales representatives. Never have I dealt with such a professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff, whose sole purpose is to make sure that the car buying is not only a pleasant experience, but certainly an excellent one. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Expert Volvo mechanic knows how to find problem and fix correctly. Honest and fair priced. Also a great person, He is able to work fast to accomodate schedules and gives great service. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!
