I have been doing business with Crosby Auto Repair for the last three years. Dave Crosby and his auto techs, and Robin in the front office are as good as it gets. The staff of this business goes the extra mile to insure that your vehicle is repaired or maintained quickly and at reasonable prices for great work. Customer service is top shelf. I was in there on 05/06/2011 and I went inside to pay, Im standing in line there's an older lady that was at the counter with short brownish hair and a little heafty, then there was a customer that was not in line scratching off a ticket, I was the next inline after 2 ladies and the lady with the ticket jumped infront of me to turn her ticket in, the attendant working (the heafty one) say's to me "she was in line 1st" I said well It didnt look like it to me and I put my $ on the counter and said "I'm on pump #6and I have a crying baby in the car and I started to walk out. The attendant said to the customer with the ticket "what a rude trashy girl" I just kept my mouth shut and left, well the attendant say's over the intercom "I have your license plate # and dont come back." 1st off I did nothing wrong and she seems like the rude one calling someone trashy that she doesn't even know. How do you get business with having rude people work for you

I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!!
