DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are LIARS AND RIP OFFS. My next step is to expose them via Channel 5 news, anyone looking to get on board let me know. I purchased my my girlfriend a 2005 Volvo S80 for Valentines Day from Alpha Motors on Feb 13, 2012. Along with the purchase of the vehicle, I was told I will get a an extended warranty through Alpha Motors of Westmont. Come to find out it was a lie. they charged me and extra $1,600.00 which I had to pay in order to obtain a warranty and close the deal the extra money was tacked on to my montlhy car note. ALPHA MOTORS NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR MY WARRANTY PLAN . Its all a lie to get you to purchase the car!! The Price of the warranty is on the consumer/buyer.. I found this out 8 hours after having the car, I took it to Volvo for repairs and the claim was denied... Come to find out, the warranty is only worth $3,000 dollars and once any repairs are done, the warranty is no longer any good!! So my newly purchased car ended up with Alpha Motors for 30days waiting to get repaired, once delivered to me, They promised Jerry Arquines ( Sales Manager ) Frank Stanghellini ( Finance Director ) and Alber Youssef (General Sales Manager ) The car was in tip top shape and if not, they will refund all my money spent on repairing the car along with my down payment of $3,000.00 dollars To date, Alpha motors is refusing refund any monies, and has the car back in their possession!!! as well as never fixed any repairs needed. on the car. they are refusing to admit fault as well as refusing to answer my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Alber Youssef told me I would have to sue him to get my money back and he doesn't care about any lawyers, because he has 3 lawyers who sit around and do nothing but wait for people like me and will eat me alive..

Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

Dont trust these guys. They told me they were putting original manufactured parts but my new mechanic shows me they were aftermarket. I have my receipt and it says OEM. What a lie. Forget this shop!!!

Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. 59 Auto took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I give 5***** Less than 10 degrees this morning. My car started "immediately." The radio works; I hear the turn signal as it flashes. The tail light work perfectly...My Car is repaired PERFECTLY and the key, glue hardened and it works perfectly; I am a satisfied customer.It was minus 2 degrees overnight. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.

I went to a few mechanics that claimed that my car had a lot of stuff that needed fixing. I went to Araiza and he told me it was only one sensor that needed to be replaced to pass the emissions. Great man. I recommend. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money and time. I haven’t had an issue with my car since.

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me

I recently baught a vehicle from this place I went to four other used lots and this one was by far the nicest and most understanding to me and my families credit and financail problems. he worked with me and I just want to thank Tony and his staff I thought I wasnt ever gonna get approved anywhere and they made it happen thank u from me and my family.
