Auto repair service near Westmont, IL

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I don't know who they are using for their service guys, but they are terrible. Touch up work was very sloppy and the car clearly had some back panel work done even though they are denying it. I'm not blind, I can SEE there was work done. There were also some possible leaks under the hood. Mechanic claimed it was overfill and that he could just power wash it to prove it. Well, he never did that or addressed the leaks. Terrible service and very sloppy work, which is surprising since they "specialize" in high end, exotic cars. I would highly consider shopping elsewhere. They are only out to get your money and rip you off.

Hands DOWN the best service in town. They are honest, and always do everything to accomidate me. They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Paul has always helped me and they work hard to get me in and out quickly with a loaner car option (I dont even see that with the dealer any more)! You won't be sorry you called them.

I bought a Honda Civic 2003 recently from this company. The owner, Mike is not a reliable person, neither this company. He advertised this car as a car with clean history, no accidents, 88k mileage with replaced engine.I believed his words as he said he'll not sell bad cars. He was not ready to allow me to take it to a mechanic to get it checked. Since I was looking to buy a car immediately, I paid him the money and took car with me. When I checked CarFax with the VIN#, I was surpised to see that car had an accident. And the car had 173K mileage. I called him to ask about this and he continued to support his false statements. He claimed the owner from whom he bought this car didn't provide him the document to show the engine replacement and the correct odometer reading as well. At the end he advised me if I'm willing to sell the car at a later point of time, I can take it to him and he'll buy it for a less price. Please do not buy a car with this dealer. He is not at all reliable.

The staff at Awesome are a very friendly, fair and honest group. Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I had trouble with my truck and I didn't know what is was. I took it to All Pro and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. They rebuilt my Transmission and I was on my way in no time.

I bought my Grand Prix here a few years ago, they fix the odometer, so the miles match Carmax records. I didn't notice until a few months into it. While on a road trip to Detroit, I set the trip meter to check my gas miles and after I reached Detroit the trip meter showed 160 miles instead of 300 miles. On my return trip the total miles from Detroit to Chicago in odometer was 140miles. After checking with my mechanic he told me the front dash has been opened and they have done some thing to ododmeter.When i called the owner with this issue, he was sounded off like i never bought the car here and when I went in person he asked me whats the guaranty that I didn't do this to the car, I would not suggest buying a car here. Go to a real dealer.

Great service, very accomodating, trustworthy, on time and reasonable. The staff was very helpful and informative--It was a great experience and I plan to come back for each car service that I will need in the future!!!!
