If you need work done..... RUN THE OTHER WAY. Thought they were a good facility, but was WRONG, can't give Negative Star Rating. Had various items worked on, was given a promised price not to exceed and a handshake, not very truthful, make sure you have Everything in Writing. Take photos prior and post work performed. Items broken, but told they were not responsible. Starter came loose causing damage to flywheel and other wiring components. Paid over $3000 for a AC system, fought over a month within their facility to resolve issues. I ended up having to contact manufacture with photos. Manufacture and another qualified installer of AC system had to fix all of their installation issues, for an additional $2500. THEY DO NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING THEY SAY. Myself and others I know have noticed when finished, they find something else for an additional cost. Without your permission or notification, just an extra charge, final price always higher than quoted.

I have used Freeman for over 15 years they are very busy sometimes but still always get me in somehow. I have always found that with some patience they are very easy to deal with and they always break down the exact cost of a repair so you can be sure that you are getting what you pay for.

Had oil change and car now has huge misfire. They sucked oil out and then dumped oil everywhere. Filled my compressor and the whole top of the motor. Then tried to say it was that way.. Well it was not that way and the manager Cam'ron has no clue what he is doing and needs fired. What a joke.. I am having the car looked at by a real machine and going to look into getting a resolution to this. Do not take your car here it's awful from the terrible customer service to the completely awful and wrong service.

I came in with specific information about my problem. I don't believe they took the honest time to address my issue. My problem was intermittent stalling and what they told me was all this stuff about fluid leaks and other services that they recommended and charged me $258 for that. I went somewhere else and told them the same thing and the tech knew the problem without looking at it and he was right! He didn't charge me a dime! I'll never go back there or recommend anyone else!

DON’T EVER GO TO BLACK FOREST MOTORS! Our Audi has been in the shop for over 2 years now and Keith Lynem has refused to call back when asked to every week that we call and every phone call he used to say yeah it’ll be ready next week and next week turned into next month to 2 years and still no phone call that an “alleged” auto repair is supposed to call with any updates. After telling him over the phone that it’s been 2 years he says there’s no way and it will be ready in a couple of days but we have all the paperwork from a rental used so it will come back to bite him. This is no adult because of the childish behavior exhibited because of filing with the Better Business Bureau so he hides behind that desk of his and sends our phone calls straight to their voicemail. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH KEITH LYNEM OR BLACK FOREST MOTORS!!!
