The personnel that I have spoken with in the past have been very courteous and knowledgable. However, I have been very disappointed with the service departments lack of communication and evasiveness. I have had my ATV in for repairs on the brakes since early May. I have had to contact them on three ocassions to find out what the status was and have been told each time that either they were having problems or waiting on parts. I have been really disappointed and fustrated with the service and at this point I could not recommend their service to anyone I know.

Had oil change and car now has huge misfire. They sucked oil out and then dumped oil everywhere. Filled my compressor and the whole top of the motor. Then tried to say it was that way.. Well it was not that way and the manager Cam'ron has no clue what he is doing and needs fired. What a joke.. I am having the car looked at by a real machine and going to look into getting a resolution to this. Do not take your car here it's awful from the terrible customer service to the completely awful and wrong service.
