Auto repair service near Fort Wayne, IN

I talked to the guy about my a/c unit. He quoted me $750.00 this was w/o seeing the car. He also said it could be a little more that free-on cost $25.00 a lb. & a car can hold 2 & half pounds but they had a machine that would save what I had in there. Even tho it worked fine when I last drove it. Of course he said mine was empty. I told him my mechanic said I didn't need the dryer Orpheus or expansion device tube just the compressor. He informed me that they wouldn't guantee the compressor if I didn't change all of it & that would be $750.00. Then I get a call & he says it's gonna be $1275.00 that I need a condenser or they won't guantee the compressor sounds like the same thing he said about the drier & other parts, kinda funny he didn't mention the condensor at all when I originally talked to him. Just get my car in there & then add things on & bump up the total $525.00 really for a condensor that cost $130.00 & the Freon that cost $58.38 that's about $200.00 guess the labor to install the condensor & put the Freon in = $325.00. Then when I go in to get my car 4 days after promised he has the nerve to say $1158.64 I tried to save you some money. I wanted to say WOW!!! $115.00 after you jacked it up $525.00 is that suppose to make me happy. Hope I never have to visit this place again even years ago my mechanic beat their price of installing a radiator. So please shop around so you don't feel violated like me...... Sincerely a very unhappy one time customer!!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention the extra scratch on my rear fender. I figured they would just say the tow truck driver must of did it & vise versa so I figure I will just bite it................
