I would not trust my money with anyone else. I get treated fair every time I talk to Jim or his salesmen. They are truly honest and will tell you every single detail they know about the vehicle, instead of ignoring your question like a lot of other people. The prices are extremely cheap, always under KBB value. I originally bought a 96 Saturn off of Jim in 2004. It had 170,000 miles and it made it to over 230,000 miles in 2010. I ended up trading it in for a newer Saturn and he gave me another great deal! I got 6 years out of a $1,600 vehicle. Beat that!!

I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for a simple oil change figuring that is what i would get. Sign said $23. Turns out that it would have been close to $40. Whatever, i said because i like the idea of supporting local businesses. Then they told me i needed new brakes and shocks and insisted that they would change them right then and there. i declined, then Greg, proceded to call me a young idiot who is going to cause an accident for driving an unsafe car. My car is a 2010 , i went to the nearest ford store and had them check shocks and brakes, and they told me that there was no issue at all. BEWARE, my father was a mechanic and i have nothing but respect for the trade, but there are bad apples out there

I had trouble with my truck and I didn't know what is was. I took it to All Pro and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. They rebuilt my Transmission and I was on my way in no time.
