Had appointment at 8 am, never got a call, so i finally called myself around 1:15 pm, when i called they said they had “missed” my vehicle, didn’t get it until 2… they also didn’t seem to care how much of an inconvenience it was for me to have to wait that long.

Took my 2005 Acura TL in for a variety of repairs (power window, F/R brakes, power steering pump, some cosmetic repairs to the interior). Gary has serviced my 1989 Civic DX since 2009; because he's competent and extremely fair. Gary has resolved every issue I've brought to him. My car would be in the junkyard without him. He had to return two brand new distributors that would not work. He found an older one in his collection of parts and made it work. If you have a Honda or Toyota, I recommend Gary.
