Auto repair service near Abilene, KS

I have had several issues with me 2008 Ford Taurus I bought from them. Transmission keeps slipping, they say they fixed it but it's not. They also will not do anything else because the extended warranty I bought from them is junk. They say it's the warranty companies fault warranty company says it's theirs because they can't get a code on the computer. Horrible place horrible service. I have talked to several other who say the same. I should of done my homework prior to buying.

Channel Ridge Auto Repair does excellent work and provides fantastic service. The front right wheel bearing on our 1966 Ford Mustang went out late on a Thursday night. We got towed into Salina, KS in the wee hours of Friday morning and selected Channel Ridge. Finding parts for such an old car can be difficult but they found an old Ford Falcon in town and bought the necessary parts of the owner. They got the front bearings done by Friday evening. They warned us the rear bearings were going as well, but would not be able to get the bearings and seals until Saturday, but being closed Saturday, would not be able to make the repairs until Monday. But rather than letting us twist in the Kansas wind all weekend, they lined up Oard s Auto Repair to do the rear bearings on Saturday and we were back on the road Saturday afternoon instead of Monday afternoon! Both shops did excellent work, and we made it to New Jersey with no other problems. The excellent work and friendly service made what could have been a nightmare, into a really pleasant memory of time spent in small-town America. You can definitely trust Channel Ridge to do excellent work and provide the best service possible to get you back on the road.

I called them for repair the truck and they said i can repair it, however when the driver arrived They just saw the truck and the mechanic Chris told me they can't repair the truck, he doesn't have time for it but he need to charge 2 hours for nothing!!! Because they never give me the diagnostic
