My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

These people replaced my daughters engine total cost $1400.00. A week later we had to take it back because of a bad oil leak. It was the main rear seal. $20 part but $350 in labor because they had to drop the engine again. I asked why they wouldn't automatically replace a $20 seal in a 2002 engine while the engine was dropped and their response was well it's under warranty so you can file a claim with the person you bought the engine from to get reimbursed. So I did and guess what?? Claim denied because they said replacing the main rear seal when replacing an engine is considered routine maintenance and should've been checked and replaced at the time of the engine replacement.

Worst car lot ever, they lied in every aspect of the deal and cohearsed us into a extended warranty that doesn't cover anything, lied about the initial deal and promised to fix the problems before we bought shady shady shady people and 3 other friends bought about the same time and got screwed also please beware!!!
