excellent service! Quick response with estimates. They take the time to inspect other funtions of the car but I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Very resonable prices. I bought a car from Bohemia Cars and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Prior to going out to Kansas to get the car, Daniel happily answered all of my questions and emails regarding the car and always did so promptly. Upon arrival, he let me take the car out and test drive it to make sure that it was exactly what I expected and that I didn't have any concerns. The car was everything that I expected and more. After test driving the car, we went back to his office where he already had the title and all of the paperwork ready, and we closed a deal on the car. The entire experience was pressure and hassle free. Just like he states on his website, he prides himself in only buying reliable cars with clean vehicle history reports. He was very friendly and professional, and unlike most car dealers he was completely honest about everything right from the start. When I first came to new concept I thought they were good. So when something major went on with my car I came back to new concept. It turns out that I needed a new engine which cost me $12,000. Since I got the new engine I was still experiencing the same problem that led me to get the engine. About every thousand miles my oil light was coming on and I had to add oil to my car. Took it back to new concept and the gentleman said that it was the oil pan that was leaking or something like that. So they repaired that. That was another along with some other things I had done. $4,000. The problem persisted. When I brought it back the next week the shop Foreman said oh the gentleman that did the work did not top it off? We'll top it off and you'll be fine. The next week. The oil light was back on again. I spent the next 4 weeks coming back to new concept so they could research where this oil was coming from and more importantly where it was going. On the 4th trip in they told me that my turbo was leaking into my exhaust and that's what was doing it and that was going to cost me another $4,000. At this I have lost all trust in them, so I took it to the Audi dealership. The Audi dealership measured the oil could not find any leaks. Not in my turbo or anything. It took a couple of trips to the dealership for them to measure consumption and try to figure out what the problem was. They did and they told me it was the pistons. Which the pistons are the engine. So now I need to take it back to new concept to see if they will honor their warranty for the $12,000 engine that are put in or not. I do not have any faith in there shop Foreman to get the job done correctly. It seems as though he is just trying to push me off so he can get on to the next thing. I have sent the information from Audi to New Concept so now we'll see if they honor the warranty and fix the problem.

We lost our old shop of many years. We were looking for a new one and came across this one with a 5 star rating. I thought there is no way a auto shop could be that good. I want to say we were totally impressed. If you’re looking for a clean and honest repair shop with some great guys check them out. I would highly recommend this shop.

These guys are amazing, i have been going to them since 1995 and will never let another shop touch the exhaust on any of my cars. the quality is second to none and they are all great people. A honest repair shop that i would recommend to anybody.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! My husband and I have lost ALL CONFIDENCE in this Dealership. I trusted them and took their word for everything and gosh I feel gullible and stupid for taking our vehicles here. The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE- Terrible service experiences, poor diagnosis and workmanship, and high prices! After several awful customer experiences I started taking our vehicles to a different repair shop they discovered multiple repairs and maintenance that I had paid for had not been completed or was completed incorrectly and repairs had been misdiagnosed. My husband and I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again- even to purchase a new Honda when it comes time. We experienced everything from both front wheels almost falling off after new tires were installed because the lug nuts were over tightened and the lug studs were being pulled through the hub, to being lied to from the service manager about a CV boot being torn after a transmission seal was replaced and the manager wanted us to pay for it, to misdiagnose on a brake issue when I was told the brake pads needed to be shimmed- brake hardware just needed to be lubed and serviced because 2 of the pins where seized- the new shop discovered this in two seconds JUST BY THE TECH LOOKING AT IT (simple fix that Honda could not figure out), to the valve cover gasket leaking oil after the 110k mile maintenance performed then they pointed it out and gave me an estimate on how much money it was going to cost me to fix it, to an oil sensor having a severe leak several times. I could go on, and on, and on... This was over the course of about 2-3 years with both our vehicles.
