I was given a 1961 Karmen that had not been touched in more than 20 years. Kept in a barn and in not the best of shape. Needs pretty much everything done to it. Bill got it running and road worthy. Much still needs to be done, and I will take it no where else. Honest and reasonable. -Maci Hall

They suck they are communist their used vehicles are definitely worn down, my friend bought a newer van used he paid 4 grand or more on this used van not only did he pay way to much for it. But after a week or so of driving it hes already had to put it in the shop cause the motor is bad now not only is he out of all that money he spent to get the damn van now hes out a car and has to pay way to much money to get a new motor this place is shit and I think everyone should know if you want a lasting vehicle you better go elsewhere

BEWARE! MONEY HUNGRY & DISHONEST! We took our 2003 Mercedes CLK430 in for an oil change. We left it for a bit and then got the phone call to pick it up. They stated that the tail light wasn't working... they said they tried to replace the bulb (WITHOUT OUR CONSENT) and it still wouldn't work and they wanted to charge $89.95 per hour to diagnose the problem! The tail light was working perfectly when we took it to them! On our way up there we were furious! As we pull up my husband remembers the headlight switch needs to be in a certain position for them to all come on at once. When we got there we checked and thank goodness that was the problem. We showed Mike, I cant believe a technician wouldn't know to check that... or did they??? So we let that slide and hoped it was an accident. When we were there I had the tech give me a quote for new spark plugs and boots in our 2001 Lincoln Navigator. Mike took down our vin and left me a voice mail the next day, he quoted us $365.61. I called back that same day and spoke with the manager Scott, I double checked the quote with him, I even asked "that is tax and all... correct?" he replied "yes". He stated that we could bring it into him, leave it and he would get it done the following day. I called the following day to check on our vehicle and he said "oh yeah... that is a big job, we will be done in a couple of hours". So then he calls and my husband goes to pick up the vehicle... My husband calls me and tells me that now they want to charge $420! I said oh hell no! All of a sudden Scott cant find our estimate and states that he didn't even speak with me!!! YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Well luckily we still had the voice mail that his tech Mike left me... even after explaining that to him he didn't care... he said that it had rear air something? and that's why it cost more... didn't you have my vin number!?!? I had to tell him that I was on my way up there with the police and the voice mail to get them to honor their $365.61 quote. This is the first review I have ever left on a site like this and I'm 35. I just want everyone to be careful... I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to someone else.

Prior to a long road trip we took our Kia Sorento in to have the transmission serviced. On our way back from our trip we noticed the transmission started shifting hard. Upon our return we took the car back to the garage for him to see what the issue was as he was the one to service it. He said sure for another 100 bucks. We then took the car to Midas as we have a family member who works for them. They checked the transmission and found it had less than half the transmission fluid it needed and in addition the wrong fluid was put in our vehicle. The transmission was essentially destroyed. The owner of the garage simply shrugged his shoulders and essentially said too bad.

Spoke with Salesman about car. Drove two hours to look at vehicle after salesman told me it was a nice vehicles with no issues. When I look at the vehicle the head liner was hanging down and had chunks out of it, needed replaced. The inside smelled like a garbage truck. Allot of dents and faded spots in paint. Just a big disappointment because the salesman had to of know of these issues and did not relay the information. His comment was have a nice drive back home. Do not do business with people you cannot trust.

If you re looking for a place to buy a car that needs a lot of work done on it, then Affordable Auto is the place for you. I can tell you that I have bought two cars from them (I know, how stupid can I be) and that both of them should have been painted yellow. Their service center is equally bad. Went to get an oil change there today. Was there before they opened at 0730 and was the first person in line. However, they do not take you in the order you get there. They have some mechanics that do certain things. I can truly understand that not all mechanics can do an oil change so that is why they skipped over me in favor of working on the guy that was behind me in line (he needed a cigarette lighter put in). Forgot to say, that even though they open the doors at 0730, they do not actually start working on cars until after 0800.
