Honest competent and trustworthy. I was very satisfied with the work performed. Price was honest and competitive.

I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics were performed. I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.

I've been to many other dealerships and no one treated me as well as this place. I got exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier. Truly excellent service and products!
