I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006. But I would bring the jobs too big for me to handle to Diagnostic with confidence. Well since I have no choice now, I trust only one auto shop in the area. Be very careful if you take your vehicle here for service. They find ways to keep warranty from covering your repair so they can make more. I had to remove my vehicle and pay for all the diagnostics run. It cost me over 400. I then took it to aother dodge dealership and they fixed the problem with ease all covered under warranty. i would strongly advise getting any service work done elswhere. Dodge did refund a portion of my money.
