Cedric found the electrical problem that no one else was able to find. We brought the vehicle to another shop that sold us a battery that we did not need(!) The car runs great now. He spent almost 30 minutes explaining the repairs he did, plus he gave us valuable info about what to be aware of with this particular type of car (diesel). His prices are very reasonable and we could not be more pleased, especially after going to Walker Volkswagen.

They checked the problem and replaced my alternator while charging my battery.I just wanted a new battery so I could be on my way. But I would of had the same thing happen on my way back home. Mike's was so good at helping me to understand what was needed and I didn't have to waste money on a battery, they saved me from having to get my car towed and god knows how much and how long it would have took at a shop I would have never got home for the kids,Thanks Mike You saved me a lot of money and time.I will call again when I need auto repairs You have a customer for life with me :)
