Just left there, 12/18/12, and I have nothing but positive to say. My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. From setting up the rental car, to constant contact with me with updates, to fighting for me with insurance companies, I can't say enough good about Charrons. Glad I don't need auto body done frequently, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you!!

Bought a 2005 Ford Focus ZXW with (known issue) warped front rotors and was in need of an oil change (I agreed to doing these repairs for a lower price) Immediately after registering started having electrical issues.. Doors locking and unlocking while driving and within weeks the car is stalling whenever it feels fit (can only drive 20 or so minutes) and will not restart for hours.. Paid to replace MAF, AIC, Entire Intake manifold and fuel pump.. No solution.. So one Month later the car is parked and I am car shopping - Would NOT recommend to friends or enemies

Magno auto repair was the WORST place I could EVER have taken my car to. They told me I had so many different things wrong with my vehicle, i had to get a new water pump, 4 sensors, timing belt, etc, in order to get my cadillac cts running in perfect condition. Well, not even a month later my car broke down and now its at a shop where the mechanic has informed me that the service done on my car by Magno's was the cause of my engine almost blowing. Magno's people left wires disconnected, sensors that were switched, they were all in wrong places, they put my engine back together but left screws out and that caused oil to leak all over the engine and brand new parts I had just spent 600$ on. There was also oil leaking from behind the pulleys, which were aparently too small. All that amongs other things, he destroyed my vehicle. After paying so much for a job, I really expected him to do it right, but I am very dissapointed and angry with this experience. My car is currently at another shop, where my vehicle's engine was put completely apart and numerous parts are being changed due to damage caused by him. And Magno will not do anything about it. Also, the receipt he gave my only says "work done for x amount of money" so there isn't much I could do legally. The most dishonest and iresponsible bussiness I've ever came across!

This is a bad place for anyone to come to. They were rude and charged me over 200 dollars for a service that should have been under warranty. Do not go there. I believe that Steve the manager charged me the price because I am an elderly woman.

his is what happened to me On January 16th, 2012 I brought my F-150 truck to Wayside Ford's service department in Marlboro, MA. My complaint was excessive shaking between 40 - 60 MPH. Kellie (Adviser) explained about the $135 diagnostic flat charge which I okayed. I also asked for the back sensor to be checked as well as why the car was jumping when put on reverse. Later Kellie called me explaining the cause of the shaking problems was because my car needed to be balanced. I asked if balancing the tires would fix the shaking. She said yes so I okayed the service. 2 hours later, after I paid $230.95 for the repair in full, I found out my car was shaking exactly the same upon hitting the highway! I returned immediately. I found the mechanic who "worked" on my car. I asked if he had at least test driven my car and he said "no." I then inquired why I paid $135 for diag time if he never diagnosed my car. He then grabbed my car and after 5 minutes he came back with another diagnostic adding to my bill. I was told to seek Steve (Manager) the next morning. Steve said he'd refund my $95 for the balancing but not the $135 for the fake diag. I am suing them for the full $230.95 since nothing was done to my car.
