I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

Amazing experience! This was my first time leasing a new car and they truly made it a great one. Their customer service is unlike no other. They took so many extra leaps to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Down to earth and dedicated group. They stayed until 12:00 midnight for me (including the General Manager, Jared), who is such a great example to his team. A great review does not even do this place justice. Oh, and I failed to mention the absolutely beautiful (and fully equipped, thanks to them) 2014 Passat that I am now a proud driver of!
