Best of all, you can count on Al to deliver results -- exactly as promised. He'll even show you his suppliers' invoices for your project, so you'll know he's been straight with you as to his own costs. Al works only with the finest materials, researching your automaker's specs for that year so any replacement matching is perfect. If the finish has changed with age, or you need a custom color, that'll be spot on, too. His prep and finish work are flawless, he allows enough time for curing of each process. (Granted, Al may need extra if, contrary to forecasts, it pours all week.) Best of all, Al's work holds up, summer to winter, North and South, year upon year. No wonder he stands behind it 100%. Have no fear of double-talk, last-minute delays, or excuses. I can't say enough good things about this guy. He's a true pro, start to finish. If he can't handle your repair (no gear for replacing a transmission, etc.), he knows the expert you should see -- and he's telling you the truth. The only puzzle with Al is how his Lowell Street location yields THAT caliber of output. Wish I'd known him years earlier! I send everyone to him -- unless they're not apt to pay on time. I've been going to Warren Auto for 3 cars & quite a few years. Its funny because a few times when Ive mentioned that I'm having an issue with my car, a few times people have suggested that I take it to Warren, not that Ive ever had any doubt that I'm taking it to the right place, but it just makes it a little more reassuring. Roger always stands by his estimate & will almost always finish within the same day. Only once, when replacing the steering rack, he had it for more than one day...Almost everyone I know with a decent car worth repairing goes to Roger & Rob at Warren Auto. I promise you will not be disappointed!! I have a couple of REALLY CHEAP family members that will recommend their work to anyone. Good luck :)

Warning - Owner asks for CASH!! Something smells fishy

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

Brought the car in for diagnosis, they said the engine was "seized" (total BS... I later took the engine apart and while I had melted the pistons, the rotating assembly did move and the engine could still turn over). Said I needed a new engine. Told me they found one to buy, then three months later told me they hadn't actually bought it (without calling me to tell me this). Returned maybe 2 calls in all of 6 months. SO, being a Volvo fanatic, I asked a couple of friends, then brought them an engine. A month later they hadn't even started on the swap. A month after that, I went in and took my car, my engine, and a bunch of parts that I had bought back from them. These guys can't pick up the phone without being hounded, their technician told me I was wrong repeatedly, and nobody was really willing to help. Fortunately after six months they only made me pay for the diagnoses they did in the beginning. Credentials: I took the car and engine and parts home and did the swap myself in my driveway in two weekends, having never done one before on my own. Saved an estimated $1800 and didn't have to deal with them again.

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a horrible accident a couple weeks back and wasn't sure where to take my car.. under such anxiety I turned to the officer first on seen and asked what I should do. He told me it was probably in my best interest to take it to a qualified repair shop.. The officer highly recommended Xtreme Paint & Collision..and not sure what to do next I met with the tow truck driver and as he picked up bits and peices of my car off the ground I asked him who he recommended, and he also highly recommended Xtreme Paint.. I called Xtreme and spoke with Moses and was treated with the upmost respect and his concern for me and my car made me feel number one, Moses had me in a rental within 20 mins and had helped contact my insurance on my behalf.. My repair came out perfect and he also painted my rear bumper and detailed my car at no charge to me!! I recommend Xtreme Paint & Collision to everyone who wants a job done rite!!!
