I had a horrible accident a couple weeks back and wasn't sure where to take my car.. under such anxiety I turned to the officer first on seen and asked what I should do. He told me it was probably in my best interest to take it to a qualified repair shop.. The officer highly recommended Xtreme Paint & Collision..and not sure what to do next I met with the tow truck driver and as he picked up bits and peices of my car off the ground I asked him who he recommended, and he also highly recommended Xtreme Paint.. I called Xtreme and spoke with Moses and was treated with the upmost respect and his concern for me and my car made me feel number one, Moses had me in a rental within 20 mins and had helped contact my insurance on my behalf.. My repair came out perfect and he also painted my rear bumper and detailed my car at no charge to me!! I recommend Xtreme Paint & Collision to everyone who wants a job done rite!!!

Service done was fine, the problem is the mark up of parts. My items were up by 100 percent from prices they paid. I did my research and got the highest prices around for original equipment for my car. Prices I was charged at Sam's were double for the parts! So service is ok, high hourly rate,but way over priced for parts!

My father bought a car from them and they were very nice. The problem was when he took the car home. It started having problems within a couple of days. I advised him to go back and speak to them about it because it could be something simple. I guess I was thinking that a business would want the customer to be happy, but instead, they told him they could do nothing about it. What is that? I would think that it would be in their best interest to at least pretend that they were willing to help, since they have mechanics there. I know that it's a used car and I do expect that it will eventually have issues, but not 2 days later. That's not good business and maybe they don't need the businness! If that's the case, then they are going about it the right way.

Owner seems to be very uneducated, could not explain addition cost for work that was not authorize initial repair was not performed. Will not be returning to this facility.

Station 7 Motors in New Bedford, MA has a bunch of junk cars and they lie about everything they do not change oil on any of the cars or flush the old fluids they will tell you anything to sell YOU A CAR do NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!!!!! RIPOFFS

They took my deposit for an automobile and then continued to try and sell it while holding the deposit, obviously under false pretenses, a clear violation of MGL Chap. 93 (A) Then they refuse to give my deposit back saying I forfeited it even though they still offered it for sale while holding the deposit. Definitely a violation of consumer protection laws in Massachusetts.
